At RAWDOG, our mission is to help you find products that genuinely fit your skin, your health, and your lifestyle.

We do not accept returns of opened products, but we proudly stand behind a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you try a product and it is not the right match for you, just reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right.

Please keep in mind that while we are happy to honor this guarantee, we cannot issue multiple refunds for the same product. We actively monitor refund activity and may limit or decline a refund if we believe the policy is being misused.

Unopened Product Returns

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. The product's safety seal on both exit points must be intact and unbroken to qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@justrawdogit.com with your order number and details.

Return to Sender (RTS) Packages

If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or an incorrect shipping address, a fee may be applied for a reshipped order.

Refund Details

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds apply to product costs only.

Return Shipping: Any return shipping costs you incur will be deducted from your refund.

Inspection: All returned products are fully inspected upon arrival. If any components are missing, used, dirty, or damaged, the cost of those components will be deducted from your refund.

Virtual Items: Digital products (such as order coverage or membership fees) and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Gifts

Gifts cannot be refunded for cash but may be exchanged if purchased through justrawdogit.com. Please contact Customer Service for assistance with gift exchanges.

Damaged, Missing, or Incomplete Orders

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing components, we'll work with you to fix it quickly. To help us resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 15 calendar days of your delivery date.
  • Save the original shipping box, packaging, and all items you received.
  • Provide photos of the following:
    • The torn or damaged shipping package
    • The shipping label
    • All items received (even if incomplete)

Once we receive this information, we'll review and process a replacement as quickly as possible.

Orders Over $500 USD

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, orders over $500 USD are subject to additional conditions:

  • Cancellations before shipment may incur a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Returns must be unopened and are not eligible for free return shipping.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, the order is not refundable. We will issue a replacement only under the following conditions:

  • You notify us within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • A different, secure U.S. shipping address with a signature required is provided for the replacement shipment.

Abuse & Fair Use Clause

Rawdog reserves the right to revoke refund rights in cases of misuse or abuse of our policy, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive or repeated refund requests
  • Refund requests for suspicious or bulk quantities
  • Attempts to use the policy for resale, commercial purposes, or fraud

We may, at our sole discretion, deny refunds and suspend future eligibility if we determine that a customer is acting in bad faith.

Cancellation Policy

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel it.
