Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement," or "TOS") are a legally binding agreement between Rawdog, Inc. ("Rawdog," "we," "our," or "us") and you ("you," "your," or "User") governing your access to and use of justrawdogit.com, our products, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, making a purchase, or clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

You must be 18 years or older to use or purchase through our Services. The Services are not intended for children under 13.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misrepresentation, or fraud.

We strive for accurate descriptions; however, errors may occur. Images are illustrative and may differ from actual products.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Prices in effect at the time of your order apply.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders for any lawful reason.

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm or cancel.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may reject orders for product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We accept various payment methods processed securely through third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your selected method and represent that you are authorized to use it.

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

Shipping times, delivery methods, and our return/refund process are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the renewal to avoid the next charge.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law
• Submit false information
• Impersonate another
• Use automated systems
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with the Services
• Transmit malware
• Resell products without written consent

All content—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and functionality—is owned by or licensed to Rawdog and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works from, or exploit our content, trademarks, or trade dress without our prior written permission.

By submitting reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant Rawdog a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute your content for any lawful purpose. You waive any moral rights to that content to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Content must not be false, infringing, offensive, or unlawful. Reviews must reflect actual experience.

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All information is for general educational purposes only and not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for skin or health concerns. Individual results may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rawdog and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising from or related to the Services or products.

Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid for the product(s) at issue or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of arising.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if Rawdog has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rawdog and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms or law
• Your user content
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

This obligation survives termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law.

Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve it informally by emailing support@justrawdogit.com. We will attempt resolution within 60 days.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by JAMS in New Castle County, Delaware, using its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

Each party pays its own fees and costs, except as otherwise required by law or JAMS rules. All claims must be brought individually. No class, consolidated, or representative actions are permitted.

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to our address within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

If the arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the state or federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine the scope, enforceability, and arbitrability of this Agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations, fraud, non-payment, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason: Sections 8 (Intellectual Property and Trademark Protection), 9 (User Content & Reviews), 10 (Disclaimers of Warranties & Medical Advice), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), 13 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution), 15 (Miscellaneous Provisions), and 16 (Force Majeure).

Entire Agreement: These Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Rawdog.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign without restriction.

Electronic Communications: You consent to receive communications electronically, which satisfies any legal "in writing" requirement.

California Residents: You may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95834, or (916) 445-1254.

No Waiver: Any failure by Rawdog to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Rawdog is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, shortages of materials, transport interruptions, government actions, epidemics, or power failures. Such events extend our time for performance until the event has ended.
