We understand that sometimes a product just isn't the right fit for your skin or lifestyle. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you've opened a product and find it's not working for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Please note: We cannot issue multiple refunds for the same product. We reserve the right to monitor usage of this policy and revoke eligibility if misuse is detected.
To request a refund or replacement: Email support@justrawdogit.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Unopened Product Returns
If you've received a product you haven't opened, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Requirements:
- The product must have intact, unbroken safety seals on both exit points
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date
To initiate a return: Email support@justrawdogit.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.
Return to Sender (RTS) Packages
If your package is refused at delivery or sent to an incorrect address that results in it being returned to us, a reshipping fee may apply to have the order resent.
Refund Details
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply to product cost only.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless we made an error.
Inspection: Returned products are inspected upon receipt. If any components are missing, excessively used, dirty, or damaged beyond normal inspection, we may deduct those costs from your refund.
Virtual Items: Digital products and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Gifts
Gifts purchased through justrawdogit.com cannot be refunded for cash, but may be exchanged.
To exchange a gift, contact our Customer Service team at support@justrawdogit.com.
Damaged, Missing, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
What to do:
- Keep the original box and all packaging
- Take photos of the damaged shipping package, shipping label, and all items received
- Email support@justrawdogit.com with photos and order details
We will review your claim and issue a replacement if approved.
Orders Over $500 USD
Orders over $500 USD may be subject to additional protections against fraud:
- Pre-shipment cancellations may incur a 10% cancellation fee
- Returns must be unopened and are not eligible for free return shipping
- A 10% restocking fee may apply
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for the order.
However, we may be able to send a replacement if:
- You notify us within 15 calendar days of the delivery date
- The replacement is shipped to a secure U.S. address where signature is required
Abuse & Fair Use Clause
We reserve the right to revoke refund eligibility for customers who:
- Make excessive or repeated refund requests
- Request refunds for suspicious or bulk quantities
- Attempt to use this policy for resale, commercial, or fraudulent purposes
We may, at our sole discretion, deny refunds and suspend future eligibility for customers who misuse this policy.
